FEMA's Brown's FEC File, No IRS 990 for Horse Group

The numbskull in charge of FEMA, Michael D. Brown, was once employed by the International Arabian Horse Association, from which he was fired.

Then Bush thought he'd make a grant guy to head up FEMA and he's now in charges of the federal response to Hurricane Katrina, and doing a lousy job.

There isn't much info out there about this horse group's charitable activities, even though it has a 501(c)5 tax exempt status from the IRS.

And none of the IAHA's IRS 990 tax forms are available on the guidestar.org site, which says that as a 501(c)5 group, it must file a 990 report.

So why aren't IAHA IRS 990 forms posted on guidetar.org? I haven't a clue.

However, I do know that Federal Election Commission records for Brown show he gave $1,000 to Bush's 2000 race for the White House.

I had no idea it costs so little, and takes such an incompetent political hack, to head FEMA.
